Covid has made a complete mess of the bicycle industry. Parts shortages, transport , and a huge surge in demand have all led to the shortage of bicycles.
Thru 2021 expect no special order bicycles as we are backordered until 2022. We have 800+ bicycles on backorder over the next 12 mouths with suppliers. Please stop in ( OCEAN CITY location) and place a $100 refundable deposit on anything that will be available from our backorder list to tie it up for the upcoming season. Scooters we hope to be a bit better this season over 2020.

-Unused accessories can be returned for credit or swap within 30 days (receipt required).

-Due to he nature of our location and the typical short stays of most of our customers, bicycle purchases are final and can only be swapped for size or color within 24 hours. Bicycles must be AS NEW when returned, (no dirty tires or scratches or dents). We do offer rental bicycles if you need a bicycle for a only a few days (RATES HERE)
-We inspect all returned items when they arrive at our processing facility. If your return is a result of a Continental Cycles error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and original shipping charges.
-If you return an item that was opened or shows signs of wear, we will issue a partial refund minus the original shipping charges and return shipping fees ) "Bicycles can not be Returned for refund"
-Products decrease in value over time. Therefore, a reduced refund will be issued for returns initiated over 30 days after delivery or received at our returns processing facility after 45 days*.
-You can expect your refund within two weeks from the date you return your package. In most cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 7 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 2 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). All refunds are issued to the original method of payment unless you selected to return for in-store credit. Once your return is processed we will send you an email with your refund details. Thank you.
